Gabe Wright is a steady, game-changing bat for Hawai'i
In the 2026 season, Gabe Wright has been a reliable middle-order spark for Hawai'i, hitting .212 with 18 hits, 9 RBIs, 7 steals, and a .323 slugging profile that shows he can contribute even when he’s not barreling everything. He’s more than the box score: Wright has shown real hustle and versatility, moving around the outfield and even appearing as a pinch-runner, while a recent eight-game hitting streak and multiple clutch RBI moments suggest he brings energy and competitive edge. If a roster wants speed, effort, and a gritty everyday presence, he’s worth a hard look.
