Central Michigan’s depth-chart mystery at RB
I couldn’t verify a current 2026 performance profile for Central Michigan RB Spencer Lewis from the available sources, and the most reliable team updates instead highlight Brock Townsend and the returning rushing production in the Chippewas’ backfield. If Lewis is still on the roster, the bigger question is role clarity: the CMU offense has established rushing contributors, so a good fit would be a back who brings short-area burst, pass protection, and special-teams value rather than a guaranteed feature workload.
