a versatile Hokies defensive-line piece with proven experience
Eli Adams brings the kind of mature, multi-year defensive-line experience teams value: according to Virginia Tech’s roster and career notes, he played 32 games with 5 starts for the Hokies and finished with 35 tackles and 4.0 tackles for loss, showing he can contribute in rotational snaps or spot-start duty[4]. ESPN also lists him with 11 solo tackles and 0.5 sacks in his Virginia Tech profile, while recent roster data indicates injury impacted his 2025 availability, so durability is a key evaluation point[5][1].
