Big-bodied Racers DL with room to grow
Japhet Mubenga is a 6-3, 269-pound defensive lineman for Murray State who has earned a redshirt and appeared in two games in the 2022 season, with the roster listing no public individual stats. His appeal is the frame: he looks like a developmental interior piece with size, reach, and build-up potential rather than a finished product. Because there’s little stat trail, the real question is fit—he profiles as a depth-and-development defender for a program that values patience, power, and long-term upside.
