veteran NC State edge with proven disruption and all-action toughness
Mike Rose has been a productive, physical presence for NC State, finishing his Wolfpack career with 121 tackles, 34 tackles for loss, 17 sacks and four forced fumbles across 51 games from 2012-2015. He stood out for backfield disruption, football IQ and a relentless motor—traits that don’t always show up in a box score. In the 2014 season, he was described as one of the most experienced returnees on the defensive line, which says a lot about his reliability and snap count. If you want a hard-nosed, high-effort defender who can wreck plays, he’s your guy.
