Chad Sievers was a dependable, high-IQ Nebraska linebacker with academic-star polish
In his Nebraska career, Chad Sievers wasn’t a flashy stat monster, but he brought steady production, leadership, and brains to the linebacker room—finishing his senior season with 54 tackles and three tackles for loss, while also earning first-team Academic All-America honors. The differentiator: he paired solid field instincts with rare discipline and professionalism, which made him the kind of player coaches trust even when the box score stays modest. If you value toughness, intelligence, and reliability over highlight-reel chaos, Sievers fits that mold beautifully.
