Luke Moxon brings a pro-ready frame and winning pedigree to Montana’s backcourt
A 6-foot-3, 205-pound freshman guard for Montana, Luke Moxon arrives with a decorated high-school resume: two-time Big 5 MVP, Humboldt Sports Boys Basketball Player of the Year, and a key piece of four straight league titles at Arcata HS. He was also described as the most dangerous player in his league after returning from a junior-year injury, which points to toughness and competitiveness as part of his profile. The upside is a physical, experienced combo guard who has already shown he can lead and win, making him a fit for teams wanting a mature, edgey backcourt piece rather than a long-term project.
