Minisha Frederick-Childress brings steady two-way guard play to Detroit
In the 2014-15 season, Minisha Frederick-Childress played in 20 games and started 19 for Detroit, posting 3.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.2 steals per game. Her profile suggests a coachable, low-mistake guard who contributes across the board rather than just as a scorer, with decent activity on the glass and in passing lanes. Add in her prior reputation as an all-conference, record-setting assist producer in high school, and you get a player whose value is tempo control, toughness, and connective play—useful if your team needs a reliable floor general.
