Dylan King gives Troy a high-upside power arm with starter-level frame and swing-and-miss stuff
Dylan King is a 6-foot-4 senior right-hander for Troy in the 2026 season, and his calling card is obvious: a big frame, a fastball that can live in the mid-90s and touch 97, and a sharp breaking ball that flashes as a power slider/slurve when he’s right[1][6][15]. The catch is consistency, which evaluators have flagged as the separator between a mid-round buzz arm and a true difference-maker; when his command is synced up, he looks electric, but the performance can swing from outing to outing[15]. If your team wants upside and bat-missing traits, he’s a fit—just know the volatility comes with the rocket fuel.
