veteran Canisius guard with proven scoring pedigree, but limited recent on-court data
Nia Capuano is listed by Canisius as a guard and was a high-level prep scorer, earning WPIAL Class AAA Player of the Year honors after a 16.4-point senior season; at Canisius, her earlier college production was modest, with career averages of 1.6 points, 0.7 rebounds, and 0.2 assists over 33 games, so the appeal is more about background and toughness than box-score fireworks.[1][13] That makes her an interesting fit if a team wants an experienced, physical perimeter player who has already shown she can be productive at the high-school level and compete in a structured college role.[1][13]
