Roy Yancey brings veteran linebacker chops and downhill pop to Campbell
Yancey looks like a steady, no-nonsense linebacker with real plug-and-play value: in 2026, he’s credited with 26 tackles and 1.0 sack for Campbell, showing he can still be active around the ball and finish plays at the line. His profile suggests a physical, experienced defender who plays with good urgency and uses his football IQ to diagnose quickly. If a team wants an older, dependable LB who can help against the run and add toughness to the middle, he’s worth a close look.
