Morgan State DE Noel Liverpool: Emerging Pass-Rush Threat in MEAC
Noel Liverpool, a junior defensive end for the Morgan State Bears, has tallied 8.5 sacks and 14 TFLs in the 2025 season, ranking 2nd in MEAC sack production per NCAA stats; his explosive first step and non-stop motor stand out, turning stalled drives into turnovers with relentless pursuit that wears down O-lines. No major injury history, high football IQ, and leadership on a rebuilding defense make him a plug-and-play edge rusher for Power 4 teams seeking value in the transfer portal—perfect fit if you need immediate disruption without the five-star price tag.
