Compact, explosive dual-threat back with proven pass-catching value
Tyler Badie is a smaller, quick-acceleration running back whose biggest differentiators are his burst, receiving skill, and ability to create yardage in space; he also posted a 4.45-second 40-yard dash at the 2022 combine. After a Missouri career that made him a versatile offensive weapon, he has shown NFL utility as a change-of-pace back and returner, though his pro production has been modest and his recent career has been impacted by injury, including a serious 2024 hit. He is a fit for teams needing speed, versatility, and third-down juice more than a volume workhorse.[1][2][3][5][7]
