Joel Porchia brings veteran slot receiver savvy to UAPB
Joel Porchia is a compact, experienced Arkansas-Pine Bluff receiver at 5-foot-10 and 180 pounds who has been listed as a junior and later a senior in team materials, suggesting a veteran presence in the slot. Available records show limited published season stats, but game logs from 2014 credit him with chain-moving catches and a 58-yard receiving day, hinting at dependable hands and burst after the catch. He’s the kind of glue-player who can fit a team that values toughness, polish, and football IQ over flash.
