Stretchy 6-10 forward with pro-ready touch and rim protection
Roberts Blumbergs is a Latvian forward who gave Grand Canyon a useful blend of size, shot-making, and defensive activity; in the 2018-19 season, he averaged 3.1 points and 2.1 rebounds in 10.5 minutes, led the team in free throw percentage at 84.6%, and ranked second in blocks with 12. He also flashed real upside as a freshman, including a 25-point outburst, which hints at a confident scorer when he gets rhythm. The fit question: his skill package is attractive, but his value is more complementary than centerpiece.
