Veteran Coastal Carolina LB Chris Walls brings coachable toughness and local-rooted production
Chris Walls is a senior linebacker for Coastal Carolina from Conway, South Carolina, and his profile is built on rugged, high-effort football rather than flash; in his prep career he piled up 138 tackles, 20 tackles for loss, and 11 sacks, and at Coastal he has been a steady, physical presence with the frame and background to play downhill. His differentiator is functional toughness and versatility—he’s comfortable near the line, plays with edge, and brings hometown-level buy-in. If you want a reliable, hard-nosed linebacker who fits a culture-first defense, he’s the kind of piece you notice on film more than on a hype reel.
