experienced, instinctive Wagner linebacker with a track-record edge
Greg Hilliard brings proven production and veteran know-how to Wagner’s defense. In Wagner’s roster bio, he’s described as a strong, instinctive linebacker who runs well and as a bona fide postseason honors candidate, with the added value of being the team’s leading returning tackler after previously ranking fifth in tackles in 2013 and third in 2014. That blend of instincts, pursuit speed, and experience makes him a reliable fit for a defense that wants a steady tone-setter in the middle.
