Sam Wolfe brings steady, high-IQ frontcourt depth to VMI
Wolfe profiles as a reliable, team-first forward who gives VMI efficient minutes, rebounding effort, and maturity rather than flashy volume scoring. In the 2022-23 season, he shot 58% and averaged 1.7 points and 1.6 rebounds in limited action, and team coverage later noted that he posted career highs across every statistical category while earning more playing time.[2][10] At 6-foot-7, he offers size and experience, plus a strong academic/leadership profile as an NABC Honors Court selection, which points to discipline and coachability.[3][6]
