proven two-way guard with scoring, playmaking, and active hands
Thornton has shown herself as a high-impact guard who can carry offense and create possessions on defense, highlighted by a season where she led Saint Peter’s in scoring, assists, and steals while also producing consistent double-digit scoring nights. She brings a useful blend of shot creation, ball pressure, and competitiveness that translates well to teams needing a do-it-all perimeter piece rather than just a volume scorer. For a roster looking for a reliable, intense guard who can impact both ends and keep the engine running, she checks a lot of boxes.
