Evansville's Historic Shooting Sensation (2003-07)
Laura Gaybrick, a dominant F/C for the Evansville Lady Aces, etched her name in program lore as only the second player ever to lead her team in FG%, 3PT%, and FT% in a season, boasting career marks like .522 FG% (2003-07) and .526 (2004-05) that rank among UE's all-time top shooting lists and MVC elite. Her towering 6'2" frame, relentless rebounding intensity, and clutch scoring—highlighted by pivotal threes and double-digit bench explosions—made her a matchup nightmare. A high school standout from Perry Meridian (Miss Indiana Basketball shortlist), Gaybrick's poise under pressure and blue-collar ethos scream 'proven winner' for any team seeking a versatile, efficient post threat.
