Kevin McDowell brings wing size and versatile fit value to San Jose State
McDowell is a **6-7 small forward** whose appeal is less about headline-grabbing box-score numbers and more about giving San Jose State a long, flexible wing option who can fit multiple lineup needs. His profile suggests a player with useful size and positional versatility, which matters in the Mountain West where matchup adaptability is a premium. Because available public stats are limited, the safest read is that he’s a *fit-and-role* piece rather than a proven offensive focal point—worth caring about if your team needs length, defensive switchability, and a lower-maintenance complementary piece.
