Colgate’s name-match mystery at DE
The available public data doesn’t clearly verify a current Colgate Raiders football DE named Brent Smith in the 2026 season, so I can’t responsibly give you a stat-driven scouting read without risking a mix-up. What is clear is that Colgate’s roster and stats pages should be the right place to confirm whether he’s an active contributor, and that means he’s currently more of a verification task than a proven on-field profile. If this is the correct player, the next step is checking game logs, snap counts, and tackle-for-loss or sack production before judging fit.
