Cannon Smith is not a Clemson TE; available records point to a former Memphis DB/quarterback
The available information does **not** support Cannon Smith as a current Clemson Tigers tight end, and the clearest match in the search results is a different football player listed as a 2012 DB on Memphis’s roster, with a 2010 clip showing him being named the starting quarterback for Memphis’s season opener. Based on these results, there is no reliable evidence to assess current Clemson performance, fit, rankings, or TE-specific strengths for a Clemson athlete by this name, so the safest takeaway is that the premise appears incorrect or the player is misidentified.
