Tall, Physical DB from WVU's 2008 Class – Limited Known Stats, Untapped Potential?
At 6-2 and 211 lbs, Courtney Stuart stands out as a towering defensive back for the West Virginia Mountaineers, bringing junior college pedigree from Phoenix College where he posted 56 tackles, 4 forced fumbles, and 1 INT under ex-Mountaineer coach Dale Wolfley in his prep days. Enrolled at WVU in 2008 per recruiting timelines, his size and ball production suggest elite length for contested catches and run support, ideal for Big 12 battles – a differentiator for teams needing versatile, physical DBs who hit hard without sacrificing coverage range. No recent performance data post-enrollment, but his profile screams sleeper upside for depth charts craving intensity over flash.
