Jacob Lawson brings veteran rim protection and efficient interior finishing to App State
Jacob Lawson’s App State profile points to a classic big-man value set: shot-blocking, rebounding, and efficient scoring around the rim. In his college career, he was known for producing blocks at a high rate and posting strong rebounding numbers, with App State records showing him among the program’s career leaders in blocks and sports-reference listing him at 9.3 rebounds per game over his App State seasons. He’s the kind of forward who can change the paint without needing the ball—useful if your team wants toughness, defensive presence, and low-drama interior production.
