Tommy Kendrick brings a veteran left-right bat and immediate outfield depth to Rutgers
In the 2025 season at Saint Peter’s, Tommy Kendrick hit .350 with a .457 OBP, 64 hits, 40 RBIs, 11 steals and a .901 OPS, earning All-MAAC Second Team honors before transferring to Rutgers for 2026. He profiles as a switch-hitting, right-throwing corner outfielder who can put the ball in play, create traffic on the bases and give the Scarlet Knights experienced, high-contact depth. Rutgers listed him as a senior in 2026, and his transfer background suggests a player who can help quickly if he carries over that efficient, mature approach against Big Ten pitching.
