Alec Jackson brings veteran size, versatility, and SEC battle scars to Auburn’s front
Alec Jackson is a seasoned Auburn offensive lineman at 6-foot-5 and 321 pounds who has logged extensive SEC experience and has been valued for his flexibility across multiple line spots[1][9]. In Auburn’s 2022 coverage, he had already become a starter at right guard after beginning that season as a backup at right tackle, underscoring a plug-and-play profile that teams love when the depth chart gets messy[1]. He also carries some injury history — he had hand surgery in January 2026 and previously missed time with a 2020 injury — so the fit is strongest for a team needing a tough, experienced interior-or-tackle option rather than a perfect-health gamble[5][9].
