JP Kambola brings rim protection and real interior value for Marshall
JP Kambola has emerged as a useful **defensive anchor** for Marshall in the 2025-26 season, highlighted by **28 blocks** that rank **No. 27 all-time in a single season at Marshall**, plus his first career double-double against North Texas with **14 points and 12 rebounds**.[3] He fits as a **physical, paint-first center** who can change shots, rebound, and give a team steady interior presence even if his value goes beyond box-score scoring.[3] If you need size, effort, and a low-usage big who impacts winning through defense and glass work, Kambola is a strong fit.[3]
