Veteran 6-8 Forward with Solid All-Around Game at San Diego State
Chris Walton, a 6-8, 235-lb forward from San Diego, delivered a steady 7.8 PPG, 4.0 RPG, and 2.0 APG for the San Diego State Aztecs, showcasing reliable versatility as a small forward with a 42.4% FG and 35.0% 3P rate [1][2]. Born in 1981 and now 43, Walton is an unrestricted free agent who went undrafted in 2005 but carved out a durable NCAA career, indicating high intensity, resilience, and a team-first mentality that transcends raw stats [1]. His differentiator is his maturity and adaptability—ideal for a team needing a steady, experienced presence who can play multiple roles, though his age limits long-term fit for youth-focused rosters [1].
