Ryan Poole is a ball-hawking, all-conference-level corner who finished as one of William & Mary’s most productive defenders
Poole’s calling card is production and reliability: he finished his William & Mary career ranked third in school history in passes defended, was a 2023 team captain, and earned All-America and All-CAA recognition, signaling a defender who consistently impacted games rather than just filling a role[4][5]. In 2023, he was among the CAA leaders in passes defended and his game tape reputation is that of an active, assignment-sound corner who can close on the ball and compete with confidence[6]. He looks like a strong fit for a team wanting a mature, veteran DB with proven playmaking instincts and leadership juice[4].
