No verified Eastern Michigan TE profile found for Matt Kelly
The available search results do not show a verified Eastern Michigan Eagles tight end named Matt Kelly; the strongest matches point to other schools and even other positions, so I can’t responsibly assess his current performance, rankings, or fit without a confirmed roster/source match. If you meant a different Matt Kelly—or can share a recruiting page, roster link, or jersey number—I can turn it into a sharp scouting-style summary focused on his strengths, usage, and team fit.
