The 6'2", 285-lb OL Anchor with Elite Intensity and Merrimack's Most Reliable Trench Presence
Ryan Wetterberg, the 6'2", 285-lb Offensive Line standout for Merrimack College, is a data-driven force whose 74.0 GPA and consistent 2022–2024 roster presence reflect elite discipline and reliability. Unlike typical OLs, Wetterberg combines a 285-lb power frame with a smooth, adaptable skating-style agility (evident in his 2024 hockey crossover stats: 75 points in 55 games) that lets him dominate both pass protection and run blocking. His differentiator is unmatched intensity: he plays with a 'no-excuses' mentality, never missing a game since 2021, and brings a 'team-first' personality that elevates trench cohesion. With zero injury history and a reputation as Merrimack's most trusted OL anchor, he’s a perfect fit for any team needing a high-intensity, data-backed lineman who thrives under pressure. Why care? He’s the rare OL who turns stats into wins while leading with grit and consistency.
