Long, physical outside corner with proven Sun Belt production
Leon Jones brings the kind of outside-corner size NFL rooms love: 6-foot-1, around 195 pounds, with a track record of durability and steady coverage work at Arkansas State. In the 2023 season, he posted 26 tackles and 6 passes defended for the Red Wolves, and across his Arkansas State career he totaled 63 tackles, 20 pass breakups, and 1 interception. Evaluators have pointed to his length, ball disruption, and ability to hold up on the boundary; the knock is limited takeaway production, so he profiles best as a fit for teams that value press-man traits and reliable coverage over splashy picks.
