Walk-On Turned Scholarship Wing with Grit and Team-First Value
Mackenzie Sullivan is a Massachusetts forward whose biggest differentiator is her story: she earned a scholarship after joining the Minutewomen as a walk-on, which points to work ethic, coachability, and reliable team value beyond the box score. Her current statistical output is limited, so her appeal is less about volume production and more about depth, toughness, and practice-to-game consistency; that makes her a fit for programs that value role players who embrace assignments, energy, and locker-room standards.
