Jocelyn Borgella Jr. Brings Versatile, Proven DB Experience to Bethune-Cookman
Borgella is a battle-tested defensive back whose value goes beyond the box score: Bethune-Cookman listed him as a player who appeared in all 13 games in 2013, logging 23 tackles, a forced fumble, a pass breakup and a blocked kick, which points to a high-effort, special-teams-friendly defender with competitive instincts. His profile suggests a reliable, physical presence who can contribute in multiple phases rather than just as a pure coverage specialist, making him a fit for teams that want toughness, versatility and game-day consistency.
