Athletic 2-Star DB with Elite Speed for Southern Miss
Devonta Foster, a 6-2, 195-pound safety for the Southern Miss Golden Eagles, stands out with explosive athleticism—4.4 40-yard dash, 4.1 shuttle, 31-inch vertical, and 290 bench—making him a physical playmaker in the secondary who excels in coverage and run support.[2][3] As a 2-star recruit from Coffeyville, KS, his track background hints at relentless closing speed and intensity, ideal for zone schemes or man-press teams needing versatile DB depth.[1][2] Care about him for his untapped upside; he's a developmental gem fitting squads prioritizing raw tools over polish.
