Big-frame Nebraska righty still in the prove-it phase
In the 2026 season, Blake Sebastian is a 6-foot-5, 225-pound freshman RHP from Leawood, Kansas, whose profile screams projection and power, not polish yet. Nebraska listed him on its 2026 roster, and Perfect Game had him as the No. 13 overall prospect in Kansas in the class of 2025; by June 2026, he had redshirted and entered the transfer portal, so the story right now is upside and volatility, not a finished product. If you need a high-ceiling arm with size and velocity potential, he’s intriguing; if you need immediate innings, the fit is much less certain.
