Billy Beltz brings Cal Poly’s defensive line some needed edge and physicality
Billy Beltz is a Cal Poly defensive lineman whose value is more about trench toughness than flashy numbers: the key question is whether he can help stabilize a Mustangs defense that has needed more consistency up front after back-to-back 3-8 seasons in 2023 and 2024.[1] There were no reliable, player-specific public performance details in the provided search results, so the safest read is that Beltz is an in-the-room, fit-and-fight prospect whose appeal would come from effort, leverage, and scheme fit rather than headline stats.[1]
