Veteran BU guard who fueled the offense with playmaking and poise
Danielle Callahan was a senior guard for Boston University whose value came from steady creation and leadership, not just scoring flash. In the 2013-14 season, she started all 33 games and dished 155 assists, which ranked fifth all-time in a single season at BU, while also showing real shot-making pop with a 27-point opener and a five-3-pointer night. She profiles as a coach’s guard: tough, dependable, and efficient under pressure, with the kind of intensity and command that can stabilize a roster.
