physical Purdue back with a small-but-real workload
In the 2022 season, Caleb Lahey logged 3 carries for 6 yards for Purdue, and his profile reads more like a sturdy depth piece than a featured runner right now. At 5-foot-10 and 205 pounds, he brings a compact, physical build that fits short-yardage and special-teams-style utility, but there is limited public evidence of major production or national ranking buzz to suggest a breakout role yet. If you want a tough, low-drama roster fit with some size, he’s intriguing; if you need a proven impact back, the tape and stat line are still waiting to pop.
