Reliable, veteran right guard with grit and academic polish
Ronald Patrick was a steady, second-year starter at right guard for South Carolina in the 2013 season, starting all 12 games he played and earning SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll recognition for the third straight year[1]. The clearest differentiators here are consistency and toughness: South Carolina described him as a “consistent performer,” and he played through a high ankle sprain that briefly interrupted a 19-start streak before returning to the lineup[1]. For a team, that profile screams dependable interior line depth with starter-level steadiness, plus a workmanlike tone that coaches usually love.
