reliable Western Illinois leg with a proven senior résumé
In the 2010 season, Charlie Jouett delivered as a steady Western Illinois kicker, finishing with 35 points, an 88.9% extra-point rate, and a 25.0% field-goal mark, while also handling kickoffs and even punting duties in spots[10][2]. What makes him interesting is the versatility and trust factor: the Leathernecks leaned on him in multiple phases, and school coverage highlighted him as a record-setting senior with 164 career points and a program-record 13 career field goals[2]. He looks like a dependable, multi-use special-teams fit rather than a pure highlight-reel leg[2][10].
