steady Dartmouth guard and culture-builder
Karina Mitchell is a 5'8" guard for Dartmouth whose value goes beyond modest box-score output: in her 2023-24 season profile, she appeared in 19 games and averaged 0.7 points, 0.8 rebounds and 0.2 assists, while Dartmouth has also highlighted her as a co-captain focused on building community and culture. That combination suggests a dependable, team-first guard with leadership traits and program fit that may matter as much as scoring. If you want a disciplined, connective backcourt piece rather than a volume scorer, Mitchell looks like a strong fit.
