Monmouth RB with NFL Preseason Grit and Ravens-Touchdown Pedigree
Owen Wright, the 5'11", 219-lb running back from Monmouth Hawks, differentiates himself with explosive preseason intensity—rushing 18 times for 87 yards and a 15-yard TD against Tennessee in 2024—plus a proven NFL scoring touch, having scored the Ravens’ first TD in a 2023 preseason win over the Falcons. Though undrafted in 2023 and currently a free agent as of 2026, his 4.70 40-yard dash, tenacious breakaway ability, and calm poise in traffic make him a high-upside fit for teams needing a reliable, battle-tested backup RB with playoff-caliber intensity and no major injury red flags.
