Ella Skeens brings proven scorer’s punch and front-line versatility to Ball State
Skeens is a high-motor guard/forward whose game is built on efficient scoring, rebounding, and a strong all-around impact; at Rio Grande, she won back-to-back conference Player of the Year honors and averaged 24.0 points and 8.0 rebounds per game in 2022-23 while shooting 53% from the field.[4] She also showed ceiling-raising shot-making with a 50-point game and a 46.0-point weekly average in January 2023, highlighting a player who can take over stretches offensively.[1] Beyond the box score, her history suggests toughness, consistency, and a competitive edge—useful traits if you want a versatile, battle-tested wing who can score in multiple ways.[2][6]
