Brian Walker brings veteran size and ball-hawking instincts to UTEP’s secondary
Brian Walker fits the profile of a steady, rangy defensive back who can help UTEP clean up the back end with experience, length, and a downhill mentality. While publicly available 2026 stat detail is limited here, his value projects beyond box scores: physical coverage, route recognition, and the kind of temperament coaches love in a DB room. If you want a defender who should make opposing quarterbacks think twice, Walker is the kind of low-drama, high-utility piece worth caring about.
