a high-efficiency, glass-cleaning center with a proven WAC role
Leya Harvey’s calling card is efficient interior play: in the 2017-18 season at Utah Valley, she averaged 4.8 points and 4.1 rebounds in 16.9 minutes, shot 46.2% from the field, and flashed rim protection and disruption with 0.6 blocks and 0.8 steals per game. She’s the kind of center who quietly swings possessions—active on the glass, efficient around the basket, and willing to do the dirty work. If you want size, toughness, and low-drama production from the paint, she’s a strong fit; if you need a stretch big or high-usage scorer, she’s not that archetype.
