Al Washington brings proven interior disruption and BC pedigree
A Boston College-alum with real power and production, Al Washington stands out as a disruptive **defensive tackle** who once posted **28 tackles, 5 sacks, 9 tackles for loss and 2 pass breakups** in a season at BC, while later earning a reputation as a seasoned line coach with stops at Notre Dame and Cincinnati.[5][6] For a team, the appeal is his blend of burst, leverage, and familiarity with the program’s culture—he looks like a fit if you want a physical, assignment-disciplined interior presence who can elevate a defensive front.[1][3][5][6]
