Big lefty arm with pro frame, but 2026 results need work
Lysik is a 6-5, 230-pound left-handed pitcher for Gardner-Webb with a power-build profile that still makes him intriguing, but his 2026 production has been uneven, including an 8.74 ERA and 12 strikeouts in 11.1 innings.[5][1] The upside is the body and left-on-left value; the concern is command and run prevention, especially after a 2024 season at Texas Tech where he showed swing-and-miss ability in limited work. If you want a projectable LHP with size and pedigree, he’s worth a look, but he looks more like a development play than an immediate impact fit.[5][8][1]
