Tynia McKinzie brings FIU a proven frontcourt presence
McKinzie is a dependable FIU forward whose value comes from steady scoring, rebounding, and toughness around the basket; in her FIU season profile, she was already producing as a top-3 scorer on the team with 9.4 points per game while adding 245 rebounds, plus steals and blocks that show active, physical defense. [2] That blend of inside production and hustle stats makes her a fit for teams that want a reliable, high-motor forward who contributes without needing the offense to be built entirely around her.
